The Singapore CoBS Representatives Workshop and Global Alumni Meet Up
ESSEC Asia-Pacific was host to this year’s CoBS Representatives Workshop where 14 academics and senior management staff from the CoBS member schools met from 8th-10th June.
On the agenda, a retrospective on the alliance’s results of the previous year, updates on new projects and initiatives following the CoBS Deans’ Seminar in Madrid in September 2025, brainstorming sessions, research and pedagogy workshops, a cultural visit to Singapore’s amazing Peranakan Museum, and a corporate visit to the stunning Schneider Asia-Pacific Innovation Hub.
The CoBS Global Alumni Meet Up
To crown the 3-day workshop, a CoBS Global Alumni Meet Up took place on the ESSEC APAC campus that brought together 60 member-school alumni living and working in Singapore, as well as CoBS faculty and staff.
The event centred around the topic of The 2030 Singapore Green Plan: From Singapore to beyond in South East Asia with keynote speakers Mr. Tuang Liang Lim, Singapore Government Chief Sustainability Officer, and Mr. Alister Stewart, Partner at Carbonzeroed and former Principal of Sustainability Business, at Schneider Electric APAC. A Q&A session, drinks, buffet and networking finished off the evening in style.
Thank you to all the CoBS Reps and schools for your dynamic participation in the workshop, to the alumni who took such an interactive part in the event, and to ESSEC APAC for hosting and co-organising such a successful and insightful 3 days!
