The Council on Business & Society – the global alliance with a purpose that brings together leading schools of business and management committed to educating tomorrow’s responsible leaders – is delighted to announce the deepening of relations with FGV-EAESP, Brazil.
FGV-EAESP, Council member and one of the leading educational institutions in Latin America, shares a new cooperation project with GVces, its Center for Sustainability Studies.
GVces is a research centre and an open environment for study, learning, insights, innovation and the production of knowledge. Its expertise stems from a fifty-strong team of top researchers working on real-life issues with government bodies and corporate partners in Brazil and beyond, with activities founded on formulating and following up on public policies, and developing tools and strategies in business management in the field of sustainability from local to international level.
As such, FGV-EAESP and its GVces Center for Sustainability Studies will add substantial punch to the Council’s knowledge output for companies and organisations with a passion for sustainable business practices and a concern for their impact on their stakeholders and the planet.
Additional cooperation includes a projected series of live webinars by leading academics and experts on sustainability issues and joint student projects among the Council’s member schools. The results of this collaboration – in the form of articles, reports, tools and videos – will be offered to the wider public and all those with a stake and interest in sustainability.
Many thanks to FGV-EAESP Vice-Dean Tales Andreassi and GVces site and content Manager Cintya Feitosa for their work in making this happen.
